I've been so off my good woe....I don't even want to list my current weight....BUT I am here today and with a better attitude, so I hope to get it back together. I'm doing an old 'standby' diet which helped get me back in order when I was younger. Not sure if it is listed here. It is for 4 days and has normal food. Says it works on a chemical breakdown. So here I go, day 1 of 4 :-)
