My wife went to the gym with me yesterday. We warmed up on the treadmills, then worked our ads and legs. When we got back home we worked on the yard. I cut and over seeded the lawn. I needed a late night snack so I drank a protein drink, otherwise I would have eaten barely over goal for the day...
