So I got my bridesmaid dress in the mail and it doesn't zip all the way up. The wedding is in a month so I've got to stay faithful to this diet. I told myself I wouldn't weigh everyday because it'll stress me out, but the first thing I did when I got to work was jump on the scale. It's kind of motivating to see that I'm down almost an entire pound in a day. I know that won't happen every time though. My goal is to drop ten pounds by the time the wedding comes around. Worst case scenario is my husband's aunt can alter the back of the dress to give me some more room.
328.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
