Are you logging everything you eat? It isn't just about calories but keeping exact track has been the one thing that has ALWAYS worked for me. Without it I just yoyo.

What kind of plan are you on? Is it just low calorie? The hardest thing is to figure out what YOU can do for life. I have found for ME, eating low carb was the way to go. I eat plenty of protein and veggies, avoid sugar and starchy foods. I track everything I eat, paying attention to portion size....

sometimes if you aren't eating enough calories it's harder to lose weight. What works for me is 2000 calories of unprocessed vegan food. The additives, hormones and gmos cause us to gain weight and swell up and also creates an acidic ph in the body.

My weight loss journey has had a lot of plateaus. Just stick with it and eventually you will have another downward slide. Bodies sometimes need a pause to adjust to their new size and condition.

Thank you all... I try my best to add more fruits and vegetable into my meals... Since I am a student and busy with exams I always prefer grab and go method.

My dietician tells me dont go below 1200 calories a day or you wont lose. Your body needs a steady supply of energy or it wont burn fat and you need to eat every 4 hours at the latest. Have at least 50mg of protein per day too.

eating under 1000 calories is very wrong .. and there is no set calories to lose weight .. calories required are calculated based on each persons individual weight, height, age and activity level !! i am a female eating 2,000 calories and im losing weight !! and i go as low as 1500 calories MAX !! never below that .. read more about flexible dieting and educate urself .. u dont need to starve urself to lose weight ..
