I haven't been on as much as I should be lately. I've been in a mood. I'm mostly out of it now but ugh. I went to use my treadmill the other day and it won't work (cookie night). I have to try a few more things yet but I'm pretty sure it's the motor and it's not worth replacing on mine. I will try to find a cheap or free used one but it may take a while. I missed a nice free one by less than 2 hours so they are out there if you are quick enough. I train better on the treadmill than walking/running around here. I live on a side street off of a very busy road with no sidewalks or when there is sidewalks they are in bad condition. Walking in the grass is okay but running is out. After the money I spent on myself I can't justify a more expensive used treadmill right now. My new (refurbished) Vivoactive HR was my me budget for 2 months. I'll have to pull out the gazelle someone gave me (yes, I love my friends). I will start looking for a rower or treadmill in my limited me budget.

I'm planning a 24 IF soon. Today I did another 16 IF but I want to start doing at least once a week for the full 24. This may change since I'm going to start reading the obesity code tonight. I know fasting is in there but want to read what is suggested.

it's a really good book ! i start reading it too (the french version one :p ) i would like to try 16IF too but it's a bit complicated for now with my schedule between work and children (as everyone else i guess ^^) well, maybe later :o good day to you !
