I'm not weighing myself yet. Maybe tomorrow, I did try some other people's food at the party and may have gotten suckered into hidden carbs. I want sweets now and haven't in a few weeks. Totally my fault I should know better. I'll give myself a day or two to stabilize and go from there.

Someone made some homemade Zuppa Toscana soup that was so good. I picked out the potato pieces but I did have a bowl. So dang good! I figured out how to make a low carb version tonight so tomorrow I make. :)
