Got into snacking a little (lot) when I got home yesterday. Still under calories so it's not a big deal. I had left some room for it.
Did 100 pushups - 25 warmup, 25 w/ speed (going for intensity on the push and get close to a hand clap), 25 legs elevated, and 25 slow to finish out. Still struggling to get past 6 pull ups. Time to focus on a pull up program.
No HIIT training. I was basically exhausted with the girls deciding I was the new jungle gym by the time to wife got back from yoga. The 1 yo is probably 1 day away from walking... Things are about to get REALLY interesting.
