So yeah.. did nothing re: cardio last night. Still on verge of a cold and just knew I would worsen the situation. So instead I bench pressed my kids and I had to fight back a dinosaur trying to eat the 1 yo's nose, heheh. Rough work.
Are many people here involved in CrossFit? Please let me know your experiences with that if you have. I'm thinking about starting up a regiment with early morning workouts M,W,F.
