I've been counting calories, between 800 and 1000 Mon to Fri, 1000 to 1200 Sat and Sun. I eat lots of veg, quorn and fruit, low fat, low dairy and low carbs, I avoid processed food. I'm disabled so I only do light exercise twice a day. I've had a couple of operations since I started and I put a bit of weight back on. It's been a long slow 3 year slog, no weight loss this time again and I'm fed up. Can anyone suggest something to kick my metabolisms butt. Pleeeaase.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
