pain in the you know what! I'm doing my low carb thing but eeekkkk my weight creeps up .5#????? ok I'm at 159.5 No I haven't changed my weight thing since I do go up and then down between 157 and 162 throughout the week. BUT I AM TIRED OF THIS! I want to get to my 138 and just stay there!!!! THIS 157 plus is not making me happy! This evening I'm going to a bereavement thing and also part of an Italian social thing at church, both of them always have a lot of food around that is not on my plan. So I'm planning on eating before. I AM JUST TIRED OF THIS UP/DOWN/ALL AROUND STUFF!!!! but I'll be ok......lol, just crazy, stressed and emotional, but ok OH I also have a doc appt today to talk about my PMR thing.....
