200 IS the goal you've been aiming for, so why not set the tracking for that? I support more attainable goals. Go for it, Chess!

Mini goals is how I have been doing it I started out with the goal weight too drastic & I just couldn't wrap my head around it. I started having better success when I broke it down. Yankees gotta do what's best for you in the long run.

Sounds like a good plan. I haven't set any goals on timelines because I have so much to lose right now. I'd like to hit onederland soon but I'm afraid that I'd sabotage myself if I set a time goal. You're doing great!

Still a marathon, not a sprint! Race be damned, we'll both get there.

I just did the same thing. I completely understand. No need to sue anyone.

you probably would have been too skinny at 185 anyway.

Super Job Ches! I thought the same thing when my Dr said 100 lbs. 350 to 250. But, I wanted to reach my active duty weight from a "past" lifetime so I left it at 202! You WILL reach your goals, just look back occasionally, I'm still behind you rowing!

It helps so much to break your goals up that way ... I ALMOST changed my weight goal this morning to a lower number, but left it as is for now. When I reach the current goal, then I'll lower the goal again - just like you. You can DO THIS!!!
