Stalled, as i knew I would week 1.
So i shocked my body with a bit of sugar and protein this morning.
Thinking about switching strategy if i don't see movement in two days.
Currently I eating, Lo-fat, good but lo-carb and very low sugar. as well as keeping calories under 1350 a day.
Well we'll see.
Drinking 148oz of water a day. Doing home exercises, full body, push ups, sit ups crunches etc...every two days.
I suspect the exercise may have attributed to stall a bit. Confused my body and it began to store energy for the workout.
I'm hoping to push past that and see the large numbers take place with the workout and diet plan I've set up.
Also added fresh fruit to the diet day 6, may have been a bit early.
Though i have lost 1.5" in my waist still carrying a ton of lard. :)
well 70#'s to go and I'm not stopping yet.

It's not a stall unless it lasts 3+weeks. It takes the body a few days to adjust after dropping some weight. Also, as you lose, your macros will change, so adjust them for the new weight.
