So, I've analyzed my weight loss over the past 10 weeks and I've been averaging 1.5 lbs. loss per week. I've used that rate and projected out my total weight loss goal of 70 lbs. It works out to a year of steady loss at this rate. I've set a series of interim goals on my bio page. I've reset my current goal to a shorter timeframe. My birthday (62) is on 8/22, so I'm aiming for a 13.8 lb loss by 8/22. That's 1.75 lbs per week, so it's challenging me to pick up the pace a bit. Next goal: 210 by 8/22. Let's do it!
