I found out that low level activities (walking, mowing the lawn etc.) are actually the activities that burn the most fat. More strenuous stuff (biking, swimming, jogging) does not burn as much fat but instead builds fitness (so I guess a good combination of both will give great results after some months of making it a part of a life long plan)
