I've lost 15.2% of my starting body weight!

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 March 2016:
1319 kcal Fat: 57.29g | Prot: 58.16g | Carb: 139.07g.   Breakfast: Smucker's Sugar Free Strawberry Jam, Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter, Nature's Harvest 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch: Kraft Mozzarella with A Touch of Philadelphia, Hormel Chili with Beans. Dinner: Bannock, Egg Salad, Betty Crocker Loaded Casserole Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Ice Cream Sandwich, Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells, Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Snack Sticks (14g). more...
