Oh I was in the car for six hours today. Had to "return" my daughter and her friend. We had a great week. I will not get my 10,000 steps in today not my gallon of water but, it was for a good cause couldn't be avoided although I did wonder if the dh would let me get out and walk and wait for me to catch up lol. I avoided mcds for breakfast, made my own before we left but then lunch came and I found myself at a buffet. I had two chicken legs and two walleye fillets. They were fried I took off the skin and breading but still felt like crap for eating them. I did manage to avoid the bbq ribs, the bbq meatballs, the desserts which they had an apple crumble and some pudding stuff I wanted to swim in and crab salad I wanted to devour but I didn't. I came home and did my dad and drank a tblsp of ACV to try and absorb all that fat. Haha. Tomorrow back on track. I did stay within my containers and I'm under my RDI so I wonder if I should eat something again? Lol. Happy Easyer. Safe travels for those traveling. Stay strong on your choices and log ;)
