I broke 200 with two days to spare I haven't been under 200 since freshman year in college and I'm 60 something now trying to break my arm patting myself on the back but still 24 to go

Great job, Blkbear! I finally feel there's hope, now! Am anxious to get under 200, as well! I was there a couple years ago (barely), and all of the weight came rushing back. Now that I'm pushing 50, I feel a heightened sense of urgency to deal with it. Thanks for the hope, and the update! Keep up the AWESOME job!!!!
