:( Scale went the wrong way, I wanted to make a list of all the reasons why it could have been, but decided in the end, I'm not going to dwell on it today is a new day of a new week to follow the diet 100%. I know from my own experience and everyone else's if I follow the diet I will lose. So I'm going to be a LOSER :)
