Time for update I guess. Low weight was 120.8. High weight 121.8 this week.

I went away for a trip. It was nice. Weight stayed the same. Back to routine. I have resumed daily weigh ins and recording food which I know I need to do to try and maintain. Maintaining is hard. There are no rewards but still lots of effort. But that is what it is!

I also resumed running. Ran to my usual spot the little creek almost four kilomenters away. Last time I did it it was frozen over. Now it is spring angry! Exercise is very calming and I want my body to be in shape but it does not help me to maintain. I ran this stretch 3 times a week last fall and still put on 20 pounds. One of my issues is that I use running as an excuse to eat more. Just trying to be brutally honest with myself today. It is my May theme LOL

I like rivers and waterfalls quite a bit. Probably because I grew up beside one ages ago. I am working on being on it. Being honest and upfront with myself was first on the agenda for maintenace

That stream is roaring! Your toe must have healed up well. That's a long run. I think one reason I haven't gone crazy exercise while losing the weight is, I didn't want that extra hunger. Isn't exercise suppose to curb the appetite 🤣

I agree with you on several points. Maintenance is hard. That's why so many people fail at it. We can not outrun or out lift the fork...

My toe is better but I cannot bend it fully yet. So slow this healing but yeah no problem with the running. My legs were out of shape and pretty sore though
