Didn't eat breakfast this morning and so had an 'emergency apple', which was very satisfying. I decided to put apples in my breakfast repertoire.

Next week I'm going to start eating a fuller breakfast and save the apples for times when I'm running late, in a hurry, etc.

Survived a trip to Costco without going off plan or buying off plan. Got lots of salad, veg and fruit along with a chicken. Going to make another batch of broth for next week's broth fast.
