The upside of the fast . . . my cravings are gone, at least for now. It's such a relief. The second good effect? I really like the lunch soup I invented and find I want to continue eating it. That's "souper". LOL! I'm glad I did the fast and plan to continue to do it once a month for the foreseeable future. I won't know if it actually has any health effects for at least three months but I have a feeling it will. Have a great week all my buddies!

It's actually kind of amazing. I don't know how long it will last, but it has to be helpful, however long. I'm also really not constantly hungry for the first time in many months
