Well, what can I say....I haven't been doing very good lately. I'm up 2 pounds from what I was 11 days ago. I now have 16 pounds to lose by the end of the year. I just don't know if I can do it....I really wanted to, and if I really try hard I think I still can. It's just kinda depressing because I've only lost 4 pounds in the last 2 months. So when I do the math....it's not lookin very good for me. I really need to crack down! And I know I'm always saying this...and then it seems like I get no where...ugh!...I need to get my life together or something. So it seems.

You can do it....Just keep in mind {why} you're doing it.

Check out a book on amazon (reviews) called "Becks Diet solution". It's not a diet, but helps you deal with your behaviors and emotions with food. You can get a used copy real cheap or see if local library has it. It might help give you a starting place to make positive changes to help with your diet.

There are many tools and resources available to you here and elsewhere. The first thing I'd advise you to do is start logging your food consistently and honestly every single day. This will provide you with insight on how much and what you're consuming. If you are not yet active you should begin walking on a regular basis to begin a routine of physical activity. Set a realistic RDI, eat healthy, start walking and you can hit your goals.
