I know I absolutely have to weigh and record every day... but these water weights swings can be exhausting. I guess I need to focus on something different than how much I weigh DUH , I did my morning exercises so all is going good. Onwards to do my best /

You don't have to weigh daily, and it's actually not recommended by health professionals. Weight fluctuates radically, especially in women. Weigh weekly, or less. Then you're not so discouraged by normal, daily fluctuations.

I’ve weighed myself on my home scale and the gym scale, and there’s a 2lb. difference!
So use it at a gage, not an exact measurement. You’re doing great! Just keep exercising and being aware of what you’re eating. It will come off all in good time😉

Perhaps use measuring tapes to record measurements and snap shots to see changes over time with less frequent weigh in's would be helpful for mental fatigue concerns. Only you can decide the best schedule for your weigh in's but for me if I weigh in too often it can cause a lot of anxiety which is counterproductive for my overall well being.

Thanks guys. I know that objectively speaking I do not HAVE to weigh but this is a goal I have set for myself because I can so easily become complacent. So I trying to be on top of things rather than put on 30lbs and not notice. Thanks for the average suggestion Sk. I think I like that. I will try to use it to calm my mind about these jumps

I hear that. After not drinking much other than coffee and beer during the weekend. And beer meaning two 5oz cups and one 12oz Smirnoff. I drank more water yesterday. I drink coffee morning to night and I have to remember to mix in water.
