Another post for today. I have to keep myself in 'check'. I've been good (so far) but had to go grocery shopping and I almost went off and bought a bunch of 'no-no' and if I had, I would be half way through them right now :-( BUT I did not buy the 'no-nos' and instead I'm going to have a nice lunch then fruit for desert (I can have strawberries, cantaloupe & lemon. Lunch will be broiled fish with scallions, celery, green pepper & garlic, salt & pepper. I am glad I stayed strong but it is just so difficult! Take care to ALL and I'll check in tomorrow.
