The Metabolic Plan is too expensive for me. I"m going to go back to trying the diet that I was on years ago, foods allowed; cottage cheese, NF yogurt, strawberries, cantaloupe, celery, lettuce, green onions, green pepper, vegie broth, dill pickles, lemon juice, vinegar, cucumber, diet drinks, LC gelatin, Broiled cod, flounder, or haddock. So I'm going to try that for awhile and see how it goes.
