Managed to get through yesterday with no additional gain despite enjoying a few beers so a total of 2 lbs gained over the holiday weekend with no exercise. I will take it for sure. Back to work now, time to get things done. I can't wait to get under 200 lbs, it's not that far away if I stick with it. SO...limiting calories for 2 or 3 days to make up for the weekend and drinking lots of water to flush out the pipes. Have a great Tuesday!

Jim, your doing great on here and I would venture to guess you will be under 200 in the next week or two. Hard work pays off and we all need a adult beverage every now and then
