I did NOT reach my goal I set for myself this week. I think it may because I am sunburned and my body is holding on to a lot of extra water. With any luck it will be healed soon and the extra weight will go away. Note to myself, sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! Do NOT forget the sunscreen on the kayak again.
