At 184, not looking too bad, I stopped the forced eating and just been eating til full. Eventually my calories increased by itself. Hope to hit the 190s before the cut 🤞

Looking solid! Not too much fat gain. You should be fine going to 190lbs or more.
I gained a couple pounds this week. I feel chunky. Pants are tight. I might go to maintenance in March and then cut in April. I see it in my face. Blah

Lol tud you’re still good. You can hit in the mid 195-200 and you’ll probably have the same bf as I do right now. Yes the face does get chunky, mine does too. But you can’t fear the fat, it’s part of the process. Knowing you can cut the fat helps. You got the same bf right now as I was in the 170s.
