Weekends are the hardest for me. I wake up early and go walk the dogs and then usually on a bike ride. As hard to believe as this sounds I don't usually eat til 1 p.m. Then it hits me, so having something with peanut butter will keep me from over eating or eating junk food.
219.1 lb Lost so far: 5.9 lb.    Still to go: 74.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
