Greetings Buddies:
Gratefully, I am doing better this week. I have stayed under 30 total carbs per day for a week now; and the healthy fats keep me satiated so I also am eating less calories overall.
I also can see changes in my body - lost 4 inches from my waist. Exercising four days each week at OTF, too.
I am joining a 90 day challenge at the gym that starts in April - it is a "lose bodyfat and increase muscle" challenge. Perfect for my goals!
