So I was thinking about things today, and I realized I'm at actually at peace with the fact that it will probably take another year to lose the rest of the weight. This healthy eating thing is my life now -- I'm comfortable with how I'm eating. I'm able to go splurge on dim sum and go home and get back on my routine and LIKE IT. I mean -- actually look forward to cookng and eating my healthy meals. The splurges are just that -- occasional departures from the routine that I look forward to and enjoy, but don't feel deprived of in between. This is pretty cool. Makes me wonder why it took me so long to get here.
