WOOT!! Gym today. IT felt so good. 1.5 hours, made it through all but one thing on my prior routine, not quite at the weight on some. The one was just busy, I don't stand around and wait, so never caught it avail. Planning on Friday for next strength workout.
My new cookbook arrived, sooner than expected. Mark Bittman's How to cook everything vegetarian. I've checked it out repeatedly from the library over the past few years. It is an awesome cookbook. it does not have some of the grains that are now avail. due to he published it in 2007.
Things are good, The time changes this weekend. Our weather sounds good for next week, no freezing temps as a high. Dinner was a brainstorm. A southern chicken and noodles substituting mushrooms for chicken, it's really good.

You are doing great...I can hear the enthusiasm in your postings. :) I love to use Vegetarian foods for my side dishes. Vegetarians know how to produce some great dishes! Keep up the good work my buddy!

Wonderful! So glad that you had time for the gym. I forgot the clocks change this weekend. That is great news. An extra hour of sunlight after 6 pm! :)

Gym was yesterday was good, dang sore today in odd places. Oh well, back to the gym after work tomorrow, barring any unexpected happenings. Decided today is a rest day. Trying to catch up on a few household chores, it has been a rough week at work, everyone (including me) has gone home mentally beat. So weird how mentally tired makes a person more tired than a physical workout or a physical job. I used to come home from my job when I was lifting things all day (basically an 8 hour workout) and I was ready to do more, not so when mentally tired.
