I have not been eating well, according to my food sensitivity testing I had done last year. Therefore I am back where I started with my weight. I have had some finacial difficulties getting to the gym, I don't like to walk outside in the cold and I just do not do videos even though I have plenty of them! Poor excuses all around I know.
I joined the 90 Day Challenge at LTF. I am going for the transformational challenge. This means I need to be rather strict with my food intake and keep away totally from all foods that I am sensitive to, to decrease general inflamation in my body. And keep up with my work out plan. The goal is to decrease my body fat% (currently at 51%) If I win the national challenge I win $10,000. I may not win the $10,000 but what ever I loose I win! My goals for the next 90 Days or so is to workout 6x/week Journal food intake here daily Drink 90 oz of water daily Take my suppliments daily Vit. D MVI Cal/Mag Fish Oil Take my medication daily Armour Thyroid Effexor XR Abilify Clarinex Singulair Cut out coffee Wish me Luck on winning the Challenge I will need it.
