Been away from this and my woe, but I'm ok. Been UP/DOWN/& ALL AROUND but I'm back :-) I was considering Nutrisystem but then decided I have some foods in my freezer I really need to eat. Mostly Atkins, fish, cabbage soup all which are good for a woe. Then I saw an article and watched a few youtubes on BBBE by Dr. Ken Berry, I think I will give that one a go. It is basically Beef, Bacon, Butter & Eggs. Anyone try it?
