I am eating the same as the last three weeks ,but for some reason i am up a pound today.

bummer! I'm not an expert, but, I heard that changing your diet out for a new one tricks your body into losing Wt. Maybe that will help you? : )

still doing the same eating and up another half pound. I exercise but haven't changed that. I am trying to keep my carbs low, so don't understand.

It's normal for weight to fluctuate a little, even up to a few pounds, especially during TOM, but just be sure to drink PLENTY of water, and you should be ok... Good luck :)
