Strategy for the new year is to make a coupon booklet of special treats & foods I shouldn't have very often, so I can tear out a coupon and use it for fried food, pizza or desserts, etc. Anything I want that doesn't have a coupon available, I have to pay for the calories with exercise in advance, 20 minutes equals 100 cal. Wish me luck!
