Giving up wheat is right up there with sugar. Both horrible drugs. But I am trying. All my baking I cut the sugar out by at least 50%, and lo and behold it tastes better!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.3 lb a week
