Making candies and helping my wife make cookies and other stuff a good part of the weekend. Lots of work, fun too. My Grand Marinier truffles beat any chocolates I've ever had hands down, wish I could email everybody one. Way too many carbs and sugar eaten, even though I don't think I was too much out of line as far as calories in vrs. calories burned. Regardless the extra carbs and accompanying water gain has me at 220 this morning. I hope to keep calories low today, drinking lots of water, so far so good, and work is extremely busy so that helps. Hopefully I can get some of this water flushed out before we travel to Buffalo tomorrow, then the real eating challenge begins for several days. I'd like to enjoy in moderation, I know what I should do and what my intention is, question is can I be strong and do it? To be determined. Hope everyone has a great day.
