This new wearable fitness tracker is free — with a $12 yearly subscription

Eight hours of sleep and one hour drowsing while listening to podcasts. I try to get up at the same time to sleep better but I was an hour late

Morning plank and ten minutes first thing in the morning on the Air Walk Trainer to burn off glycogen.

Today is a cheat day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want) and a recovery day for exercise.

Steps: 708.

I deployed the oven thermometer. The temperature in the oven with just the pilot light is 100 degrees. I would need a temperature of 140 to make black garlic.

Finetuning my Amazon Subscribe & Save. Decided to drop the Kind bars because last month I ate all 12 in two days. I will try and make my own. For some reason, there are a lot more cooking shows on Amazon Prime than Netflix. Started watching "Rachel Ray's Week in a Day" on Netflix.

I am a big fan of wearable fitness trackers, they keep you motivated and help you track steps, distance, calories burned...etc. I was using the Nike Fuel Band until a month ago when I bought the Polar Loop with the Polar H7 heart rate sensor and I am super happy with this tracker. I check the one you mention that is coming out soon and it is free with the subscription and it looks good, it is a new idea!

From what I can tell, Polar heart rate monitors are the best.
