strong. it's a free app I. Google play or apple store. I love it. it takes the guess work out. where did u leave off how many reps or sets. it's all there. plus it tracks personal records. very motivating.

I use StrongLifts it’s basically a 5x5 workout which you can add exercises too if you want.
