@Tasso67. I know what you are saying but it is not that bad. Course correction clearly needed. Still exercising and being healthy

Not being dramatic and knowing this is part of the journey are half the battle. I think most people would have more success if that success is probably not going to be reaching a goal weight and staying there without budging for decades. Most likely there will be periods of regain, periods of further losses, and course correction not to stray too far from your range. It is completely normal.

SilentAlvestis. I think you may be on to something. Some course correct after a day others (like me LOL) after a year. But we all work at it

@Wifey You are here! That is great. We are in the middle of some serious virus waves right now. I did not even try to check the updates today

You will do just fine, Liv. Course correcting after a year is better than giving up for life.

My son is sick liv. Going for a second Pcr today. Hard to believe his first was negative. Whatever he has, I don’t want it. Our numbers are our highest ever, but mild illness apparently. 🤷🏻♀️

I'm just glad to see you back and know you are okay. And I saw numerous people asking about you, not just on you last post which had lots of inquiries, but in their own journal entries just wondering if you were okay. I do think people don't use this site much once they have achieved their goals so I thought that could be part of it. But with Covid, we just worry.

Liv!! I'm so glad to see you! I was so happy to see your comment on my journal! I'm sorry if you've had hard times. Joy seems a little hard to come by these days for many of us, but I'm so thankful for some special folks I really respect who are on this journey. ❤️
