Good workout, increased pounds and reps here and there. Have been trying to figure out how to cut and paste on this tablet from my little template on word to transfer my work out stats. Haven't managed yet..miss my laptop.

Dinner was a takeoff of food network techniques. They put salad on top of meat. Tried it with a spicy pulled pork topped with lettuce diced tomatoes , peach and bolt house chunky blue cheese. Yum!! Didn't feel lie cooking much, had the baggy of pulled pork frozen.
