Back on the C25K I had a blister on top of a blister and boy it was bad!! So painful. I was in slippers and Birks for four days! Nothing helped but time and time off the treadmill. I still tried to be as active as I could be for those days. I did follow my saying as much as possible. Tomorrow’s weigh in will be the tell all I am loving the running app and my motivation is to actually make it to the end and run 5km
