Mmmmm, need to find some low salt tomato juice. It's helping me stay away from beer. Sounds odd but it îs. The sodium in 2 cups is +1300mg. Too much!
Good day, appreciating how getting back into exercise, helps my tension level drop. The peaceful happy calm is coming back. Feels more like I'm ready to face the world no matter what happens. I could feel that stress inching back with less exercise. Some mild exercise today. Time was getting short. Dropped the mower off at the repair shop, not much hope in them being able the to fix it at a reasonable cost, so went lawnmower shopping (in case). Stopped and bought fleece for the blanket that needs to be one this weekend. By then was hot, hungry, and decided to go home. Did not do the gym. Some easy exercise at home.
I will take workout clothes with me tomorrow in case I have time. Meeting friends at a concert and not yet sure on time, if not it will be early Saturday am. Will be a relatively busy weekend. Also borrowing DD's small mower Saturday if I don't know about buying one yet.
