Well, made it 18 hours between meals today. I guess getting laid off has had one good benefit for me. Can't afford to eat! Hate that it's mostly carbs, but at least the wheat and sugar are way down for me. They are my problem issue. Hey did you know: you can dehydrate thick bologna and use is in place of B R E A D! Makes a great BLT, but I guess it's really a BBLT. You can cut it in quarters, dehydrate, and eat it with salsa instead of those corn chips too. (or any other dippin sause)
