haven't been on in a few days, but still following the plan. I really need to stop the strawberries at night though, it is one of those trigger foods for me that I tend to overindulge. So I'll wait and add them after I get more into the plan and less weight. Also have to cut the salt. EEEKKK. I almost gave in the other night, but will keep on, keeping on.
