2 pounds until I get to my "normal" weight of 313. I have been at 313 since 2006 (lost 60 lbs and gained it back a few hundred times, of course). I gained a lot of weight binge eating in the last several months.
I'm excited to get to 299. I haven't been there for a long time. I just gotta keep my head down and work it. I have been eating good food and the fridge is full of healthy stuff.
Today I am making an almond meal crust to put a quiche into. I made crustless quiche, but it just doesn't cut it.
Insulin: 50/25
Would rather take a little less at night b/c last night my blood sugar was 78 at 9 pm. Ate strawberries and almonds to pick it up. Don't want to go to bed and have it drop...bad things can happen.
