I took a day off yesterday. Not sure why but I did. Ate Chinese food for lunch (lots of sodium) and popcorn for lunch. Ate two bags of peanut MM's as a snack. Went to the Mariners game last night with my oldest son. Ate to much and drank a lot of soda.
Back in the saddle again. Don't feel totally guilty. But need to commit to the weight loss program to lose the final five pounds. I did not get on the scale this morning out of fear. I didn't want to see the results of my day off. I will drink a lot of water today to flush out my system and hydrate.
I need to plan for my maintenance once I reach my target weight of 175. Good luck to my partner and by the way she is an inspiration and makes the program easy to follow.

Don't worry too much about yesterday, it's done and over with, and in a day or two you can be right back on track. It's great that your partner is so supportive, makes it all that much easier.
