Counting calories. I may lose slower than keeping low carb but my goal is to be healthy and I want to include fruit. Keeping it at 1200 per day!

Glad to have you in this week's challenge, Rochelle! I'm also looking forward very much to having some of God's delicious fruit gifts as soon as I finish the fast I'm on. Cherries are at the top of my list, with watermelon a close second. The challenge for me will be not eating them to excess. Going to try to exercise moderation (for a change). Your weight is starting to come down. Looks like your plan is working for you. Keep up the good work!
