My husband won a 2 day and night pass at a hotel at work during the ice storm. It was to help garuntee that people would show up to work. Anyways, they gave him a hooters gift card. It's one of the closest resturants to his job and the hotel. It's also one of the worst places that you can go to eat. Almost everything is fried and covered in hot sauce. And the stuff that isn't....well lets just say it tastes slightly worse than soggy cardboard. I really do love their food! As a fried food lover, hooters is just short of paradise. But, since I KNEW we were eating there, I ate as little as I could before dinner. I still went over want I want to consume in a day. But, I still didn't go over 2000, which completely surprised me. But, the little circle that breaks up your fat, carbs, and protien was beyond way off. Today I'm gonna try to focus eating better and moving just a little bit more, try to work off all that yummy hooters! Just gotta remember....I want the scale to go DOWN not UP!

I had a similiar last couple days, but at least you didnt go over the 2000. Probably no loss but also no gain is still ok. You can make up for it, Just stay focused like you are.
